Kathy is a native of the Greenville area, and a long-time resident of Spaulding Farm where she has raised her three children for the past 15 years. Kathy can truly attest that Greenville is a great place to call home having relocated from the Chicago area in 1993. While in Chicago, she worked for First Boston Corporation in the Public Finance Department, obtained an Illinois real estate license, and taught evening classes at Joliet Junior College and Moraine Valley Community College. She is a graduate of Lander University and also attended graduate MBA courses @ Furman University. She has been an active volunteer at Oakview Elementary, Riverside Middle, J.L. Mann High School, and Greenville Tech Charter High School as well as Advent United Methodist Church. Shopping and finding a "great deal" is her forte'. She says showing houses is not work, it is her idea of a great time! Kathy is excited to join Spaulding Company and have the opportunity to show others why Greenville is such a great place to call home.
